A Nix Post : My Happy Tuesday; My First Cover Quote on No Apologies by Tibby Armstrong

Ages ago, I reviewed an copy of an eBook by Tibby Armstrong. This stems from a conversation I had with the author (whilst in Amsterdam I may add) about the recent bad behavior by authors who had negative reviews. She turned out to be such a lovely lady I agreed to review the book, confident if I hated the book I would be able to tell her (maybe not so bluntly :D). It turned out that this would never be an issue as I loved the book. It's a little coming of age story about a pair of men who fall in love. Although there were flaws, I loved the premise and I loved the sense of camaraderie. After a while I was contacted again by Tibby to tell me the book had gone to print and they were using my quote on the cover....I think my jaw hit the floor and my feet left it. In my one year of blogging I have had many things to squee about but I think this is the one I am most proud of.
