I've been updating my Wishlist over the last couple of days and I've discovered something about myself; I'm a romance series junkie. The majority of titles on my list are continuations of series and, looking back over the last couple of years, the majority of my favourite books are parts of series. I stalk Sophie Oak's website looking for news on her Bliss and Siren series because I simply want to see the characters again. I do the same with Cherise Sinclair,Nalini Singh, Lara Adrian, JR Ward and Vivian Arend. It isn't their standalones that I'm interested in, it's their series. So why do I love them so much? I think the reason is two-fold; I love hearing about the characters after their HEA has happened and I am a sucker for a well written secondary character. I wonder if she'll do a story for the Russian Hockey Player?. I don't want a series to end (I will cry when the Psy-Changeling series ends....I may call in sick at work that day) because I love reading the continuation of everyone's story, of how they develop over time. I got all choked up when a character had a baby in one of my favourite series....I get that invested!
Today, I'm highlighting my Top 5 series....mainly cos I can't pick just the one! :D

The Psy-Changling Series
Oh my, this series is my favorite. Hot alpha men, strong feisty women and a fabulous alternative reality backdrop; this series is unmissable.....

The Sullivan Series
This series is very new to me, but already I love it! It is a family series which shows the HEA of (so far) a photographer, a wine-maker, a fireman and a (not so) quiet sister.... :)

The Rough Rider's Series
This is my "go-to" Cowboy Series.... All the McKay's have fabulous HEA, filled with sex, love and family. The only difficult thing here is trying to keep all the names straight... especially the blooming kids! |

The Shadowlands Series
Hot, kinky, alpha Dom's?? Sign me the hell up! I love this series, love the relationships and love the recent additions of the suspense storylines....

Most of those series I haven't read but I do LOVE the Rough Rider's series. I can hardly wait for the next installment to come out! I'm a new email follower :) Have a great weekend!
